Why Is IT getting shorter and shorter?

It will probably seem even shorter from here on.

Main reason why you feel like that is that this is action which concludes whole introduction arc. Most of the things all over from episode 1 are reaching conclusion now.

But, the catch is that this is the minimum from here on where story really begins. It will be around 10 episodes then MC finally leaves starting village and boring fetch quests. And this ending will just open the right amount of new things.

Best thing about this novel how story progresses with plot questions/clue/answer ratio

There is not one moment where you would get pissed off how nothing concludes, answers and new plot twists are constantly in balance. Second thing is that each arc from here on drives two main plots. Just look at this...
introduction started his revenge plot and gave some clues about ancient war. Next arc concludes revenge plot and ancient war plot reaches 50% and gives insights into MCs father and divine realm. Arc after that concludes ancient war, divine realm plot reaches 50% and you get insights into things after divine realm... and so on

It's really not. 6:51 minus 1:51 is literally 5 minutes, same as ever.

LOL it ain't. It's been 5 mins since episode 1, nothing changed. It's just it's so good that we want more and longer run time.
